To all Prospective Bidders:
This Addendum No. 1 is issued to amend and clarify the Tender Documents for the aforementioned project.
The following changes are made and shall form an integral part of the Tender Documents:
1. Inclusion of Missing Geotechnical Report and Drawings (Volume 5)
It has been identified that the Geotechnical Report and Drawings – Volume 5 was inadvertently omitted from
the original tender documents. This report is now formally included as part of the tender documentation and is
attached herewith.
Please note the following regarding this report: - The Geotechnical Report is provided only in Turkish language. - The Turkish version shall be considered the legally binding version in case of any dispute or interpretation
differences. - Interested bidders may translate the report into English at their own cost for better understanding; however,
the Turkish version shall prevail.
2. Extension of Bid Submission Deadline
In order to allow sufficient time for the review of the newly added Volume 5, the bid submission deadline has
been extended by 9 (nine) calendar days.
Original Deadline: 30.04.2025, 10:30 (local time)
Revised Deadline: 09.05.2025, 10:30 (local time)
All other terms and conditions of the tender documents remain unchanged.
For any further clarifications, you may contact the Employer at the address specified in the Tender
Documents.
3. Contractor’s Obligations

Sub-Clause 4.2.1;
Replace 28 days with 15 days
